Position: President, Chief Executive Officer and Director
Richard Graham is a Professional Geologist, registered with the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta (APEGA) and has approximately 25 years of geological experience, including 9 years in the management, development and governance of public companies conducting worldwide mineral exploration. During his career Mr. Graham has been the founding President or a founding Director of over 10 junior resource companies that advanced to public-listings on the CSE, TSX or TSXV. A qualified person ("QP") under National Instrument 43-101 for many deposit types, Mr. Graham has completed numerous Technical Reports, written numerous Press Releases, as well as completing global mine/mineral property evaluations for short term debt financings ranging from $1 million to over $60 million and equity financings ranging from $500,000 to over $150 million. Mr. Graham has a Bachelor of Science, Specialization in Geology, (1988) from the University of Alberta, has completed the Canadian Securities Course and the Partners, Directors and Senior Officers Course.

Mr. Leskovec is a Chartered Professional Accountant with over twenty years of financial experience with publicly listed companies and capital markets. He serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Northfield Capital Corporation (TSXV:NFD.A), an investment holding company where he works with publicly listed companies, assisting with corporate structuring, mergers and acquisitions, investment analysis, financings and go public transactions in Canada. He also serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Nighthawk Gold Corp. (TSX:NHK) an advanced gold exploration company focused on advancing the Colomac Gold project in the NWT, Canada. Prior to this, Mr. Leskovec served as an officer of Gold Eagle Mines Ltd., which was involved in the development of the Bruce Channel deposit in Red Lake, Ontario, and was sold to Goldcorp Inc. for $1.5 billion in 2008. Mr. Leskovec earned his Chartered Professional Accountant, Chartered Accountant (CPA, CA) designation while working in the audit and assurance practice for Smith Nixon LLP and has his Honours Bachelor of Accounting (BAcc) Degree from Brock University.
Mr. Chedraoui is Founder, Chief Investment Officer and Chief Executive Officer of Tyrus Capital, an alternative asset manager, which he founded in 2009 with offices in Monaco and London. Prior to this, Mr. Chedraoui was Global Head of Event-Driven Strategies at Deephaven Capital Management. Before joining Deephaven in 2006, he spent six and a half years at Lehman Brothers, first in investment banking where he focused on mergers and acquisitions and then as a proprietary trader managing an event-driven strategy. In September 2018, Mr. Chedraoui was appointed as a member of the Hautes Etudes Commerciales ('HEC') Paris International Advisory Board, providing advice and guidance to HEC and assisting in its strategic development. Mr. Chedraoui has an MSc in Finance from the HEC in France and a BSc in Computer and Communication Engineering from the American University of Beirut.
Ms. Tsung is a Chartered Professional Accountant and a Chartered Accountant of Ontario, Canada with over 18 years of progressive and diverse international experience in senior finance roles with TSX and TSXV-listed companies in the mining, information technology, and consumer product industries. Her mining background encompasses development stage projects, greenfield and advanced exploration, permitting, EIA and feasibility study preparation, working in developing countries, community relocations, and financing. Prior to joining Rhyolite Resources, Ms. Tsung served as Chief Financial Officer for Cordoba Minerals Corp. Ms. Tsung holds Master of Accounting and Honours Bachelor of Arts, Chartered Accountancy Studies degrees from the University of Waterloo.
Position: Corporate Secretary
Sandra Lee has worked in public company management and administration since 1996. Currently she is the Manager, Corporate Administration of Earlston Investments Corp., a private merchant bank. Previously, Ms. Lee was the Corporate Secretary of several publicly traded companies including Sprott Resource Lending Corp., a resource lending company, between July 2003 and January 2011 and Kirkland Lake Gold Inc., an operating and exploration gold company, between February 1995 to February 2012. Prior to industry experience, Ms. Lee worked as a legal assistant for a number of national law firms in the areas of corporate and securities laws. Ms. Lee has a Legal Assistant certification from Capilano College and is a Member of the Canadian Society of Corporate Secretaries and the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators.
